We're partnering with an entrepreneurial real estate investor and developer hiring their first Finance Assistant. The founder has single-handedly run the entire finance function for 4+ years - they now need someone ambitious alongside them.

This is hands-on property finance in a growing business - not a siloed corporate role.

What you'll be doing

• Running high-volume Accounts Payable (construction suppliers, live sites)

• Setting up payment runs

• Bank reconciliations

• Supporting VAT, CIS and year-end

• Gaining exposure to the full finance cycle

As you prove yourself, you'll take ownership of smaller entities and progress toward producing management accounts. Study support (AAT / ACCA) is fully backed.

The business

• Investment, development and distressed asset work

• Recently launched in-house construction arm

• Strong relationships with challenger and traditional lenders

• Significant pipeline and clear growth plans

You'll work directly with an experienced operator (ex-top-tier residential developer background), gaining real commercial exposure from day one.

You'll suit this if:

• You're a graduate or have 0-1 year finance experience

• You've started (or want to start) AAT / ACCA

• You're confident, proactive and interested in property
