New Homes Sales Advisor
£30,000 - £35,000 Basic | £60,000 OTE | Full Time
We are one of the UK's leading residential developers, and we're looking for a driven, ambitious Sales Consultant to join our team at an exciting new residential development in West London.

The Role
As a Sales Consultant, you will be the face of our development - guiding customers through one of the biggest purchases of their lives. From first enquiry through to legal completion, you'll deliver an exceptional customer experience while hitting sales targets and driving reservations.
Day to day, you can expect to:
- Proactively engage with prospective buyers, both walk-ins and pre-registered leads
- Conduct development tours and present new homes with confidence and enthusiasm
- Manage the full sales journey from reservation to completion
- Build strong relationships with solicitors, independent financial advisors, and internal teams
- Maintain accurate records using CRM systems and report on sales performance
- Contribute to the overall success of the development by meeting and exceeding targets
About You
You are a natural people person with a passion for sales and a hunger to succeed. You take pride in the service you deliver and thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
We're looking for someone who brings:
- A proven track record in sales, ideally within new homes or estate agency
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- The ability to build rapport quickly and manage customer relationships with care
- A proactive, self-motivated attitude - you don't wait for opportunities, you create them
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Weekend availability (typical in the industry, with days off in lieu)
New homes experience is highly desirable, but we welcome applications from candidates with a strong estate agency background who are ready to make the move into new build sales.
