What you'll be doing
Working closely with the Estate Manager and Director of Estates & Operations, you'll support a large UK residential leasehold portfolio (100,000+ properties) by:
Managing compliance tracking and reporting.
Maintaining accurate estate and leasehold records.
Overseeing complaint logging and process tracking.
Chasing managing agents and ensuring actions are followed through.
Preparing and issuing letters and key documentation.
Supporting leasehold consents and certificates.
Monitoring KPIs and internal workflows.
Reviewing and tracking management agreements.
Supporting debtor query processes.
Using Simarc's bespoke property management system to maintain data integrity.
You'll need to stay organised, prioritise confidently, and ensure nothing slips through the cracks.
What we're looking for
Essential:
Up to 2 years' experience as a Property Assistant, Block Administrator, or in estate management administration.
Experience within a managing agent or block management environment.
Strong understanding of leasehold estates and compliance processes.
Confident using Microsoft 365 (Excel, Outlook).
Proven ability to manage high volumes of work independently.
Desirable:
Experience working with managing agents in leasehold.
ATPI (or willingness to work towards - supported by the business).
Full driving licence.
