We are partnering with a leading UK provider of purpose-built student accommodation to recruit a Marketing Coordinator to join their growing central marketing team. With continued growth across the UK, they are looking for a proactive and creative marketing professional to support campaign delivery across their portfolio.
The Role:
Reporting to the Marketing Campaigns Manager, the Marketing Coordinator will support the planning, coordination and execution of national, city and property-level marketing campaigns to drive lettings and occupancy.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the delivery of multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital and traditional)
- Assisting with email marketing, content scheduling and performance tracking
- Coordinating digital and social media activity, including short-form content
- Briefing and adapting creative artwork across print and digital channels (training provided)
- Updating website content and managing third-party accommodation listings
- Supporting reporting on bookings, competitor activity and campaign performance
- Assisting with university housing fairs, open days and on-site events
- Acting as a day-to-day brand guardian, ensuring consistency across all materials
- Supporting internal communications and corporate messaging where required
This is a varied and hands-on role with exposure to campaigns, content, brand and creative coordination. Occasional travel and out-of-hours working may be required during peak trading periods.
About You:
- Degree in Marketing, Creative Media, Design, Communications or similar (or equivalent experience)
- Some experience in a marketing, creative or content support role (desirable but not essential)
- Strong interest in digital marketing, social media and student-focused content
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva or similar - or a genuine willingness to learn
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confident written and verbal communication skills
- A positive, collaborative and proactive approach
