β Stage 1 Complaints Management: Take ownership of all Stage 1 complaints, providing well-reasoned responses and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and best practice.
β Resident Communications: Produce newsletters and resident updates, managing digital and written communications that keep residents informed and engaged.
β Collaboration Across Teams: Work closely with housing and asset management colleagues to ensure resident feedback informs service improvements.
β Community Presence: Be a visible and trusted point of contact for residents, promoting a positive and inclusive community environment.
What We're Looking For:
β Demonstrable experience in resident engagement, housing management or community-focused roles within social or affordable housing.
β Strong experience handling complaints (including drafting Stage 1 responses) in line with regulatory requirements.
β Confidence facilitating in-person meetings and resident forums.
β Excellent written communication skills, particularly around service changes or major works.
β Highly organised, proactive and comfortable working independently with accountability.
β An understanding of the affordable rental market and Intermediate Market Rent is advantageous.

β A senior role with genuine autonomy and ownership.
β The opportunity to influence resident experience across a growing portfolio.
β Long-term career development within a respected and mission-driven charity.
β Competitive salary of Β£45,000 - Β£50,000 plus benefits and discretionary bonus.
β The chance to make a measurable difference to affordable living in Central London.
If you are ready to take full ownership of resident engagement in a high-impact role, we would love to hear from you.
