Customer Support Coordinator - Leading National Housebuilder
Salary: £32,000 + up to 5% bonus
Hours: Mon-Thu 8:30am-5pm | Fri 8:30am-4pm
Hybrid: 2 days WFH post-probation
The Opportunity
We're recruiting on behalf of a leading national housebuilder for a Customer Support Coordinator to join a well-established and friendly customer care team. This is a fantastic role for someone who is passionate about delivering great customer service and wants to make the Coordinator position their own.
The Role
You'll take ownership of new homeowner issues, complaints and warranty tasks from around eight weeks post move-in through to the end of the two-year warranty period. You'll be the go-to person for customers during this time, keeping them informed and ensuring everything is resolved efficiently. Day to day you'll be liaising with internal teams, contractors and suppliers to make things happen.
The Person
You don't need housebuilding experience we'd love to hear from people coming from property management, housing associations or any fast-paced customer service background. Most importantly, we're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys a coordinator role and takes pride in delivering an excellent customer experience. You'll be:
- Positive, confident and a great team player
- Calm and resilient when dealing with complaints or difficult situations
- Highly organised with the ability to juggle multiple cases at once
- A strong communicator, on the phone, over email and face to face
