The Opportunity
We're working exclusively with a leading, award-winning housebuilder to find a Senior Sales Executive for one of their flagship developments in the heart of the Kent countryside. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to take real ownership of a premium development and for the right person, there is a genuine pathway into a Sales Manager role.
The Development
You'll be based at a beautiful collection of 2-5 bedroom homes in Cranbrook, Kent, with properties ranging from £335,000 up to over £1 million. It's a high-quality, well-regarded development with new phases on the horizon, meaning there's plenty of pipeline to come.
The Role
As Senior Sales Executive you'll be the driving force on site, taking full ownership of the sales process from initial enquiry through to reservation. You'll be confident working independently, delivering an exceptional customer experience and representing a premium product to buyers across a broad range of price points.
The Person
We're open to two profiles, an experienced Sales Consultant ready to take their next step up, or an established Senior looking to cement their position and progress into management. Either way, you'll need:
- Solid new homes sales experience
- Confidence selling higher value properties
- A polished, professional approach with excellent customer service skills
- The drive to take ownership of a site and make it your own
- Availability to work every weekend
The Package
- Up to £38,000 basic salary (open to discussion)
- £60,000 OTE
