As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to play a key role in shaping our commercial future

The Opportunity

This is more than a traditional QS position. You'll be a commercial leader within our Major Works and expanding Hydrotherapy divisions, taking full ownership of cost planning, estimating and commercial management across the project lifecycle.

Initially, you'll help strengthen and scale our Hydrotherapy division, while also embedding best practice and commercial discipline across the wider business. You'll have real influence - not just managing numbers, but shaping standards, guiding decisions and supporting sustainable growth.

What You'll Be Doing

Cost Planning & Estimating

Produce accurate cost plans and detailed estimates at tender and delivery stages
Present cost build-ups confidently and credibly to clients
Prepare Bills of Quantities, schedules of rates and tender documentation

Procurement & Tendering

Lead fair and robust tender evaluations
Negotiate commercially sound agreements
Build long-term, trusted relationships with contractors and suppliers

Post-Contract Commercial Management

Oversee contract administration (JCT, NEC and similar frameworks)
Monitor costs, variations and financial performance throughout delivery
Manage claims and dispute resolution professionally, protecting commercial outcomes

Leadership & Collaboration

Provide commercial insight to Delivery, Design and Project Management teams
Drive consistency and best practice across the business
Mentor and support junior colleagues
Represent Innova with credibility and professionalism in client and supplier interactions

What We're Looking For

You'll bring:

Strong experience managing the full commercial lifecycle of construction or fit-out projects
Proven knowledge of JCT, NEC or similar contracts
Commercial awareness and confident negotiation skills
Strong analytical ability and attention to detail
The ability to work independently while thriving as part of a team
Proficiency with relevant IT systems and commercial tools
Ideally RICS accreditation
A full UK driving licence
