Customer Service Manager - Southall
Competitive Salary | £47,000 + £4,250 Car Allowance + up to £8,400 Bonus | c. £59,650 Total Package
About the Role
We are looking for an exceptional Customer Service Manager to join our team on a prestigious residential development in Southall. This is a fantastic opportunity for a customer-focused professional to take ownership of the post-completion experience, ensuring residents receive the highest standard of service from the moment they receive their keys through to the end of their warranty period.
You'll be the face of the business for our customers at a critical stage of their journey, managing defects, resolving issues, and building lasting relationships with a discerning, high-end clientele. No two days will be the same, and your ability to communicate with empathy, professionalism, and confidence will be central to your success.
What You'll Be Doing
You'll manage customer relationships from legal completion through to the end of the two-year warranty period, conducting quality inspections, de-snagging properties, and working closely with construction teams and subcontractors to ensure defects are resolved promptly and to the highest standard.
Day to day, you'll be attending customer handovers, demonstrating appliances, maintaining accurate records on a CRM system, and monitoring estate areas through regular site inspections. You'll also play an important role in identifying recurring defect trends and collaborating with project teams to drive continuous improvement in the quality of homes delivered.
Who We're Looking For
Experience within a housebuilding or residential development environment would be ideal, particularly in a customer service or quality management capacity. However, we are very open to candidates from other industries where exceptional service standards and high-end clientele are the norm, such as luxury retail, hospitality, or premium property management. What matters most is that you're a natural with people and have a genuine passion for delivering an outstanding customer experience.
You'll bring warmth and professionalism to every interaction, with the confidence to deliver difficult news sensitively and the tenacity to see problems through to resolution. You'll thrive in this role if you're highly organised, comfortable using digital systems, and take real pride in the service you provide. A smart, professional appearance and a "can do" attitude are a must.
