About the Company
Our client is a leading design-led furniture rental company Serving a diverse client base, from end consumers and estate agents to property developers and build-to-rent operators.
Over the next few years, content and social media will be central to how they out-brand and out-content the traditional players across London and the Home Counties. They're building a warmer, consumer grade brand in a category that still feels old-school - a flexible, modern alternative to buying everything outright or settling for generic rental furniture.
The Role
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you'll own day-to-day social and content output, positioning the brand as the go-to furniture rental name in London. This is a hands on, creator-led role: you'll be behind the camera and behind the posts, out on installs capturing before and afters, turning delivery days into stories, and bringing designers, drivers and customers to life across Instagram, LinkedIn and more.
You'll work closely with interior designers, warehouse and delivery teams, and a performance agency, helping turn the real work done in homes and developments into thoughtful, design-led content that grows the brand and supports the wider marketing plan.
Key Responsibilities
Create & Publish Content
- Shoot and edit short-form video (Reels, TikTok-style, Shorts) on your work phone, creating social-first content several times a week
- Capture before/after imagery of installs and styled rooms across London
- Write clear, engaging captions that feel on-brand - friendly, confident and helpful
- Turn everyday moments into compelling stories: new installs, styling details, moving days, "how it works" and more
Be On Site, Several Times a Week
- Join installs and shoots across London (and occasionally the Home Counties) to capture before/after room tours, designer walk-throughs, delivery behind-the-scenes, and customer stories
- Capture internal moments at the warehouse: picking, loading, the team in action
- Travel is mainly via public transport; a driving licence is a bonus but not essential

- Own the content calendar for key channels, primarily Instagram and LinkedIn, with tests on TikTok, Pinterest and YouTube Shorts
- Plan and schedule posts to ensure consistent, on-brand presence
- Ensure content supports wider marketing activity, launches and campaigns
Grow & Nurture the Community
- Monitor and respond to comments and DMs in a warm, professional tone that reflects the brand
- Spot opportunities to engage with customers, partners and relevant creators
- Share audience insights back into the business to keep close to the community

- Work closely with the Head of Marketing, interior designers and performance agency to ensure organic and paid content are joined up
- Help brief freelancers (photographers, videographers, editors) on larger shoots or projects while staying hands-on yourself
- Track key metrics follower growth, reach, engagement and leads from social
