A major UK residential developer is entering a high-volume exchange phase across multiple West London schemes and needs an experienced Sales Progressor to support completions through to Summer 2026.

The role:
You'll manage 35-45 live files from reservation to completion, including:
Driving 28-day exchanges
Managing solicitor, broker and buyer communication
Chasing chains and preventing fall-throughs
Monitoring build completion deadlines
Weekly pipeline reporting
CRM and compliance management
This is a completions-focused role. Organisation and urgency are key.
What we're looking for
You might currently be:
New Homes Sales Progressor (developer side ideal)
Estate Agency Sales Progressor
Completions Coordinator
Senior Negotiator handling your own progression
You'll need:
Strong exchange & completion experience
Confidence dealing with solicitors daily
High-volume pipeline management
Solid AML/compliance understanding
Calm, structured communication style
New build / off-plan experience is highly desirable.
