A well-capitalised residential property investor is seeking a highly organised Estates & Compliance Coordinator to support a national leasehold portfolio during a key operational period.
This is not a reception/admin role. You'll sit within the Estates & Operations team, working closely with senior leadership and managing agents to ensure compliance, reporting and estate standards are maintained across multiple developments.
Ideal for someone with block management exposure who wants broader portfolio visibility.

What You'll Be Doing
Monitoring statutory and regulatory compliance across developments
Overseeing managing agent reporting and chasing outstanding actions
Maintaining leasehold documentation and audit trails
Supporting complaints management and follow-ups
Assisting with leasehold consents and formal correspondence
Updating internal systems and performance trackers
This is a coordination and oversight role, ensuring estates stay compliant, organised and accountable.
What We're Looking For
Experience in block management, leasehold administration or estates support
Understanding of managing agent relationships
Strong organisational and documentation skills
Confident communicator (written and verbal)
Comfortable using Excel and internal systems
