The ideal Trainee Lettings Negotiator:

- Excellent customer service skills

- Organised

- Ability to problem-solve

- Comfortable speaking and meeting new people every day and posses excellent communication skills

- Valid UK Driving license

- Committed to working weekends

The role of a Trainee Lettings Negotiator:

- You will organise, conduct, and gather feedback from viewings on properties

- Registering new lettings applicants

- Negotiate offers between the Landlord and Tenant

- Generate new business and new clients

- Book Valuation appointments
