We're on the lookout for an experienced Sales Negotiator to join a well-regarded residential developer in Hertfordshire. If you love new homes and you're great with people, this one's worth a look.

The Role
You'll be based on-site, guiding buyers through the full purchase journey - from first enquiry and viewings right through to reservation and exchange. You'll be the heart of the development, delivering an exceptional customer experience while hitting your sales targets.

* Up to £32,000 basic salary
* Realistic OTE of £50,000+

What We're Looking For
* New homes experience is preferred - whether with a developer, housebuilder or in a new homes department
* Strong estate agents will also be considered - if you're ready to make the move into new homes, this could be your opportunity
* Confident communicator with excellent customer service skills
* A motivated self-starter who can build rapport quickly and close sales
* Full UK driving licence
