Up to £34,000 Basic | OTE £55,000-£60,000+

We're recruiting for an experienced Sales Advisor to join a reputable residential developer in Kent. If you've got a passion for new homes and the drive to earn seriously well, this is a role worth getting excited about.

The Role
You'll be on-site, taking buyers through the full journey - from initial enquiry and viewings all the way through to reservation and exchange. You'll be the face of the development, delivering a standout customer experience while consistently hitting your sales targets.

The Package
* Up to £34,000 basic salary
* OTE £55,000-£60,000+
* Reputable, established developer

What We're Looking For
* New homes experience is preferred - whether gained with a developer, housebuilder or within a new homes department
* Experienced estate agents will also be considered - if you're ready to make the move into new homes, this could be the perfect next step
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Self-motivated, target-driven and able to build rapport quickly
* Full UK driving licence
