The Role

Reporting to the Marketing Campaigns Manager, you will support the delivery of national and property-level campaigns to drive lettings and occupancy. Working closely with marketing, creative, digital and site teams, you'll help coordinate activity and ensure brand consistency across all channels.

Key responsibilities:

• Supporting multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital & traditional)
• Assisting with email marketing, social content and website updates
• Coordinating creative artwork across print and digital
• Undertaking light design/artworking (training provided)
• Supporting events, open days and on-site marketing activity
• Managing third-party listings and digital assets
• Assisting with reporting, competitor analysis and performance tracking
• Supporting internal communications and corporate initiatives

About You

• Degree in Marketing, Design, Creative Media, Communications (or equivalent experience) is desirable
• Previous marketing experience is desirable but not essential
• Strong interest in marketing, content and creative design
• Keen to develop artworking skills (Adobe, Canva or similar)
• Confident writing short-form copy for digital channels
• Positive, proactive and collaborative
• Organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple deadlines
• Proactive, curious, and passionate about growing your marketing skills

Working pattern:

• 5 days in the office during probation
• 3 days in the office / 2 days working from home after probation

Salary: £26,000-£28,000 +bonus opportunity
