The Role
Reporting to the Marketing Campaigns Manager, you will support the delivery of national and property-level campaigns to drive lettings and occupancy. Working closely with marketing, creative, digital and site teams, you'll help coordinate activity and ensure brand consistency across all channels.
Key responsibilities:
- Supporting multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital & traditional)
- Assisting with email marketing, social content and website updates
- Coordinating creative artwork across print and digital
- Undertaking light design/artworking (training provided)
- Supporting events, open days and on-site marketing activity
- Managing third-party listings and digital assets
- Assisting with reporting, competitor analysis and performance tracking
- Supporting internal communications and corporate initiatives
About You
- Degree in Marketing, Design, Creative Media, Communications (or equivalent experience) is desirable
- Previous marketing experience is desirable but not essential
- Strong interest in marketing, content and creative design
- Keen to develop artworking skills (Adobe, Canva or similar)
- Confident writing short-form copy for digital channels
- Positive, proactive and collaborative
- Organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple deadlines
- Proactive, curious, and passionate about growing your marketing skills

Working pattern:
- 5 days in the office during probation
- 3 days in the office / 2 days working from home after probation
Salary: £26,000-£28,000 +bonus opportunity
