Are you an experienced new homes sales professional looking for your next exciting chapter? We're thrilled to be recruiting on behalf of a brand-new residential development launching across Hertfordshire - and we need two ambitious Sales Executives to be part of it from day one.

The Opportunity

This is a rare chance to join a launch from the very beginning. As Sales Executive, you'll be the face of the development - owning the full customer journey from first enquiry right through to completion. You'll generate and follow up your own leads, drive sales progression, and deliver the kind of aftercare that keeps buyers talking long after they've got their keys.

What the Role Involves

• Managing the complete sales journey from initial enquiry to legal completion
• Generating, following up, and converting leads
• Progressing sales and maintaining strong pipeline management
• Delivering outstanding aftercare to every customer

Working Hours

This role involves regular weekend working - that's when buyers need you most. You'll get 1 weekend off in every 6, with 2 weekday days off in lieu whenever weekend working is required.

What We're Looking For

You'll need hands-on experience selling new build homes, whether through a housebuilder, developer, or an estate agency with a dedicated new homes department. A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential.

With a basic salary of up to £32,000 and a realistic OTE of £55,000, this role offers serious earning potential - alongside the buzz of being part of something brand new.
