We're thrilled to be recruiting on behalf of a brand-new residential development launching across Hertfordshire - and we need two ambitious Sales Executives to be part of it from day one.The OpportunityThis is a rare chance to join a launch from the very beginning. As Sales Executive, you'll be the face of the development - owning the full customer journey from first enquiry right through to completion. You'll generate and follow up your own leads, drive sales progression, and deliver the kind of aftercare that keeps buyers talking long after they've got their keys.What the Role Involves<ul><li class="whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Managing the complete sales journey from initial enquiry to legal completion</li><li class="whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Generating, following up, and converting leads</li><li class="whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Progressing sales and maintaining strong pipeline management</li><li class="whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Delivering outstanding aftercare to every customer</li></ul>Working HoursThis role involves regular weekend working - that's when buyers need you most. You'll get 1 weekend off in every 6, with 2 weekday days off in lieu whenever weekend working is required.What We're Looking ForYou'll need hands-on experience selling new build homes, whether through a housebuilder, developer, or an estate agency with a dedicated new homes department.
