Property Compliance Coordinator (Residential Portfolio)

Borehamwood | £30,000-£35,000 Pro Rata
6-Month Fixed Term Contract | Monday-Friday | Office-Based

A well-capitalised residential property investor is seeking a Property Compliance Coordinator to support the management of a large UK leasehold portfolio.

Working within the Estates & Operations team, you'll help oversee property compliance, managing agent performance and leasehold documentation across multiple residential developments. This role offers excellent exposure to portfolio-level property management within a structured and well-backed business.

This opportunity would suit someone with block management, leasehold administration, or property management support experience who wants to broaden their knowledge of estate management and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitoring statutory and regulatory property compliance (EPCs, EICRs, Fire Risk Assessments, Health & Safety documentation)

  • Reviewing managing agent reports and following up on outstanding compliance actions

  • Maintaining leasehold documentation, compliance records and audit trails

  • Supporting resident complaints, queries and compliance follow-ups

  • Assisting with leasehold consents and formal correspondence

  • Updating internal compliance trackers, property systems and reporting tools
