We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Site Sales Consultant to join us at an exciting brand-new residential development launching next month. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a premium project from the very beginning.THE ROLE AT A GLANCE<ul ><li class="whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Contract Type: Temporary Assignment - approx. 6-8 months</li><li class="whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Start Date: End of March / Early April </li><li class="whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Working Days: Thursday to Monday</li><li class="whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Hours: 9:30am - 5:00pm</li><li class="whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Basic Salary: Up to £32,000 (reflected into day rate)</li><li class="whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Commission: Per-plot commission paid in addition to basic salary</li><li class="whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Development: 12 premium new homes priced from £800,000 to £1,100,000</li></ul>ABOUT THE DEVELOPMENTThis prestigious development comprises 12 beautifully designed homes in the upper price bracket, offering an exceptional opportunity to work with high-value purchasers in a boutique sales environment. You will be the face of the development, delivering an outstanding customer journey from first visit through to legal completion.WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR<ul ><li class="whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">A minimum of 2 years' on-site new homes sales experience</li><li class="whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets</li><li class="whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Strong knowledge of the new homes sales process, from reservation through to legal completion</li><li class="whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first approach</li><li class="whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Full computer literacy, including CRM systems and Microsoft Office</li><li class="whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Must reside within a 10-mile radius of the development (essential)</li><li class="whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Professional, well-presented, and confident working with high-net-worth purchasers</li><li class="whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Self-motivated and able to work independently on-site</li></ul>WHAT'S ON OFFER<ul ><li class="whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Competitive basic salary of up to £32,000 (pro rata)</li><li class="whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Attractive per-plot commission structure</li><li class="whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">The chance to be part of a premium development from launch</li><li class="whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">A supportive and professional working environment</li></ul>If you have the experience and passion to deliver exceptional new homes sales, we want to hear from you.
