Sales Consultant - New Homes | Swindon, Wiltshire Up to £33,650 basic | £55,000 OTE

We are working exclusively with a highly regarded national housebuilder on an exciting opportunity for two experienced Sales Consultants to join their team at a thriving double-manned site in Swindon, Wiltshire.

The Role

You'll be the face of the development, guiding buyers through every step of their journey from initial enquiry right through to exchange. Day to day you'll be managing reservations, maintaining proactive contact with purchasers, conducting pre-completion inspections and ensuring the Marketing Suite and Show Homes are always presented immaculately.

What We're Looking For

• A minimum of 1 year's new homes sales experience - essential
• A natural relationship-builder with excellent communication skills
• Highly organised, resilient and able to manage your own workload
• Available to work 9:45am-5:00pm including weekends, with 1 weekend off per month and 2 days off in the week when weekends are worked
