About the opportunity
A privately owned, award-winning housebuilder with an impressive London pipeline is looking for a Regional Sales Manager to lead sales across two flagship developments - with several significant schemes set to launch across the capital this year and next.
This is a business that has doubled down on growth, recently completing a refinancing as it targets doubling in size by 2030. For the right candidate, this represents a rare chance to join at a pivotal moment and grow with the business.
What makes the role exceptional
This is far more than a sales management position. You will be embedded in projects from the early stages - contributing to pricing strategy, marketing plans, media schedules, advertising, hoarding, concierge design and layout decisions. The role sits within a collaborative London sales leadership team, reporting directly into the Head of Sales for London.
With a pipeline that includes schemes of up to 1,600 units all at various stages of launch, there is significant scope and longevity to the role.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day sales performance across assigned London developments
- Contribute to pricing strategy, budget planning and sales forecasting
- Collaborate with marketing on media schedules, advertising and hoarding
- Input into design decisions including concierge and layout at early project stages
- Work alongside a fellow Sales Manager to ensure cohesive coverage across the London portfolio
- Build and manage relationships with sales agents and on-site teams
- Report into and work closely with the Head of Sales for London
- Support the preparation and launch of new sites across the pipeline
Requirements
- Proven experience in new homes sales management, ideally within a volume housebuilder or developer
- Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in residential new build
- Experience contributing to marketing, pricing or product decisions at a development level
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Commercially minded with the ability to work across multiple projects simultaneously
- Comfortable working primarily on-site with weekly office presence in West Anglia
- A collaborative approach with the ability to work alongside peers at the same level
Rewards and benefits
- Base salary of £60,000 - £80,000 depending on experience
- OTE of £90,000 - £120,000
