A growing European real estate platform is looking for a qualified finance professional to work directly with the Finance Director across a portfolio of living sector developments and operational assets.

The business invests develops and manages student accommodation and build to rent assets across several European markets. With new projects underway and the platform continuing to expand this role sits at the centre of the finance function supporting investor reporting asset level performance and group accounting.

This is a broad role in a lean team. The successful candidate will work across multiple SPVs supporting development teams investment professionals and lenders while helping ensure reporting across the platform runs smoothly.

Responsibilities will include:

* Ownership of monthly and quarterly reporting across multiple property SPVs
* Preparation of investor and lender reporting packs including covenant calculations
* Working with external advisers on statutory accounts audit and tax filings
* Supporting development and investment teams with budgets cash flow and project reporting
* Managing outsourced bookkeeping and ensuring accuracy across the group structure

Requirements:

* ACA ACCA or CIMA qualified with 1 to 3 years PQE
* Experience in real estate property investment or asset management
* Exposure to SPV accounting investor reporting or development projects
* Strong Excel and systems capability

This role offers exposure across the full lifecycle of real estate investments including development asset management and investor reporting while working closely with senior leadership.

Salary £65k to £75k.
