This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced property professional to act as the key link between the business' client and internal stakeholders. The successful candidate will have a background in PRS or the Living sectors.

Job Purpose

To be the senior client lead and to hold full accountability for operational performance and lead on critical projects, outlined within relevant contracts. Work with the Associate Director to provide operational and strategic leadership for business. You are expected to:

  • Have an extensive knowledge of the PRS sector and a proven operational and management background
  • Demonstrate experience in successfully managing a portfolio of residential properties and developing a strong client relationships
  • Mobilisation and on-boarding of new assets, ensuring legislative and H&S compliance
  • Achieve agreed financial and operational objectives with Associate Director
  • Build and maintain relationships across various departments of the business, to achieve consistency
  • Audit existing processes and ensure compliance, with regards to Renters Right Act etc
  • Review team structures and design bespoke roles and responsibilities for your direct reports.
  • Have experience in client reporting and be proficient with data analysis, to a high-level.
  • Lead a team in London, to adapt methods of working, to best deliver KPIs for our client.

Key Accountabilities

  • Use your expertise to assist with reporting, data analysis, identify trends and adapt systems/processes to deliver demonstrable results.
  • Work with the Portfolio Manager to build a strong customer service culture in the team
  • Oversee the data on client dashboards - ensure that accurate information is being presented to clients and that operational and compliance KPIs are being met.
  • Proactively identify and implement any remedial action.
  • Lead bulk tendering process, where relevant to work with skilled, qualified and efficient third parties.
  • Where properties are onboarded, ensure a smooth mobilisation process, capturing and co-ordinating key activities required for delivery.
  • Support in the promotion of the business brand to clients, potential clients and within the team environment, including externally.
  • Support the Portfolio Manager in managing Damp & Mould processes and delivery, and support systems and meetings around the delivery of this critical element of the business.
  • Working with the Compliance Team & Portfolio Manager, ensure H&S compliance across all schemes, overseeing compliance reporting.
  • Provide visible, strategic and effective leadership to ensure that the team deliver against business and client objectives.
  • Lead a team in line with core requirements and enable results through development and supporting the team.
  • Ensure delivery of customer satisfaction rates through customer surveys, reviews and customer retention.
