About the opportunity
An award-winning integrated retirement community developer and operator is seeking a Community Marketing Coordinator to join their growing team ahead of the launch of their flagship London development.
This organisation builds purpose-built residences designed for the over-65s - communities that combine high-quality homes with hospitality, social connection and care. With a genuine mission to redefine later life living, this is a brand doing work that matters.
Based in Marylebone, you will play a hands-on role in establishing the brand's local presence, driving awareness and generating leads through community engagement, events and multi-channel campaign delivery.

You will work across a broad remit - from local partnerships and live events to content creation and campaign execution - with real visibility and impact from day one. Key responsibilities
- Build and manage relationships with local organisations, councils, cultural institutions and media to establish the brand as a trusted community presence
- Plan and deliver events including open days, community pop-ups, panels and B2B networking opportunities
- Support the execution of marketing campaigns across print, digital, social media, PR and direct mail
- Create and coordinate customer-facing content including eDMs, brochures, website updates and social posts
- Manage the marketing calendar, ensuring deadlines are met and aligned with the Sales team
- Liaise with designers, copywriters, photographers and agencies to deliver on-brand assets
- Monitor competitor and community activity, sharing insights to inform future campaigns
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations and Wellbeing & Care teams to ensure marketing reflects the resident experience
Requirements
- Previous experience in a marketing, events, community engagement or communications role
- Background in lifestyle, hospitality, property or purpose-led brands
- Proven ability to build and manage partnerships with community organisations or not-for-profits
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Confident and personable, with experience engaging a range of audiences
- Familiarity with martech tools such as CRM platforms, eDM builders, CMS and design software
- All applicants must be willing to complete an enhanced DBS check in line with safeguarding commitments
