About the opportunity
An innovative luxury retirement living brand is looking for a Sales Consultant to join their Central London team. This is not a traditional new homes sales role - it sits at the intersection of high-end property, lifestyle, and relationship management, serving a discerning clientele seeking premium later-living residences.
You will be one of the first sales hires, meaning your contribution will directly shape the customer journey and sales culture from the ground up.
What makes the role exceptional
This brand is redefining what later living looks like - purpose-built communities centred on vibrancy, independence, and connection. For a sales professional who thrives in a consultative, relationship-first environment, this is a rare chance to represent a genuinely differentiated product in the luxury residential market at launch stage.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed sales targets, managing the full process from enquiry through to completion
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience, building trust and rapport with high-net-worth purchasers
- Act as brand ambassador at networking events, exhibitions, and launch events
- Provide expert guidance on the lifestyle and property offering across developments
- Work alongside the Head of Sales and marketing team to support lead generation
- Utilise Salesforce to record accurate customer data, track interactions and analyse pipeline performance
- Gather and report on customer feedback, market trends and competitor insights
- Ensure all activity adheres to data protection regulations and company standards
Requirements
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets within the luxury sector (property, hospitality, lifestyle or high-end services)
- Experience selling to high-net-worth individuals, with a strong understanding of their expectations
- Consultative, relationship-driven approach with the ability to build trust with discerning clients
- High level of personal presentation, professionalism and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously
- Self-motivated with a customer-first mindset
- Empathy and active listening skills
- Experience using a CRM system is desirable; full training will be provided
Rewards and benefits
- £45k basic salary with commission on top per sale
We are an equal opportunities recruiter, valuing diversity and inclusion and welcoming applications from all suitably qualified individuals, regardless of background.
