New Homes Sales Consultant
Location: Ideal candidate would be based in Surrey as this role will initially be split across 2 sites, 1 in Berkshire and 1 in Staines.
Salary: £30,750 basic | OTE £57,000
Contract: Full-time, 5 days per week (9:30am-6pm) | 1 weekend off per month

About the opportunity
An award-winning premium housebuilder with a reputation for high-quality design and exceptional build standards is looking for a Sales Consultant to join their team across two established residential developments in Staines and Reading.
With 35 units remaining across both sites, you will be closing out two successful schemes before transitioning onto future developments - making this an ideal entry point into a long-term career with a business that invests in its people.

Key responsibilities
- Guide prospective buyers through the sales journey from initial enquiry through to legal completion
- Deliver a tailored, customer-first experience by listening carefully to buyers' needs and adapting your approach accordingly
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of both developments, including specification, pricing and availability
- Work across two sites in Staines and Reading, managing your time effectively between locations
- Meet and exceed individual sales targets and contribution to site sales goals
- Build and maintain positive relationships with solicitors, independent financial advisers and other key stakeholders
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and pipeline activity
- Represent the brand with professionalism at all times, both on-site and at events
Requirements
- A proven background in sales, with strong customer service skills - new homes or property experience is not required
- The ability to listen actively and tailor your sales approach to each individual buyer
- Self-motivated and target-driven, with a genuine desire to deliver results
- Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working across multiple sites and managing your own schedule
- Ideally located in Surrey, given the future development pipeline in Guildford and Horsham
- Professionally presented and committed to upholding brand standards
- Full UK driving licence (given the dual-site nature of the role)
