Part-Time New Homes Sales Consultant- Banstead

• Banstead, Surrey (SM7)
• £15.00 per hour + holiday pay (£15,000 pro rata)
• Ongoing role | 2-3 days per week

Looking for a flexible, part-time role in property where you can build experience in new homes sales while working on a beautifully presented development?

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy new homes showroom in Banstead, supporting the sales team and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Whether you're already in estate agency / new homes or looking to step into the sector, this role offers consistency, training, and exposure to a high-quality development.

What you'll be doing:

• Welcoming and registering visitors to the sales suite.

• Supporting property viewings and showcasing the development.

• Handling enquiries and assisting with the buyer journey.

• Maintaining presentation of the showroom to a high standard.

• Supporting the wider sales team with admin and customer care.
