Resident Services Agent
A full-time, on-site role within a 472-apartment build-to-rent residential development, reporting to the General Manager and Assistant General Manager.
The Role Delivering exceptional customer service and day-to-day operational excellence for residents and visitors of the development.
Key Skills Required Strong communication, customer relations, and problem-solving abilities. Must be proactive, well-organised, professional, and a collaborative team player with good computer literacy and an understanding of Health & Safety principles.
Main Responsibilities
Customer Service - Welcoming residents and visitors, handling enquiries, logging incidents and deliveries, gathering feedback, assisting with move-ins and inductions, and maintaining high service standards throughout.
Building Maintenance & Safety - Conducting daily and weekly building inspections, coordinating cleaning and site services, managing contractor relationships, supporting residents with maintenance queries, and responding to out-of-hours emergencies.
Security - Regular floor walks and security checks, reporting accidents and incidents, maintaining a safe and secure environment, and staying alert to suspicious activity.
Administration - Managing petty cash, maintaining tidy communal areas, upholding confidentiality and privacy standards, and ensuring a professional personal appearance at all times.
