The Role
As a Senior Sales Executive, you will be a key driver of new business growth and a trusted relationship manager for some of the most influential names in the residential property sector. You'll have the autonomy to strategise, innovate, and make a tangible commercial impact.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and convert new business opportunities across the UK
- Develop and deliver compelling presentations that bring the company's offering to life
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with residential property professionals
- Provide regular pipeline and opportunity reporting to the Group Sales Director
- Represent the business at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities
- Collaborate with the marketing team to leverage AI-powered outreach tools
- Act as a primary point of contact for clients, delivering a consistently high standard of service
About You
- Based in Manchester or the surrounding area, with an established network across the local and regional property market
- Background in Estate Agency, BTR, or a related property discipline
- Proven track record in B2B sales and business development, with the confidence to open doors and grow accounts
- Strong communicator who builds trust quickly and maintains long-term client relationships with ease
- Commercially minded with the ability to manage and grow a pipeline independently
- Enthusiastic about innovation, technology, and staying ahead of industry trends
What's on Offer
- £40,000 basic salary with OTE of £60,000
