International Sales Consultant - Turkish Speaking
London, UK | Up to £40,000 Basic + Commission | Full-Time
About the Role
Are you a driven, ambitious sales professional with a passion for building international relationships? We're looking for a talented Turkish-speaking International Sales Consultant to join our growing team in London. This is an exciting opportunity to work across global markets, develop new business, and manage key accounts across Turkish-speaking territories and beyond.
You'll be at the forefront of our international expansion, acting as a cultural and commercial bridge between our business and clients across Turkey, the wider MENA region, and other key markets.
What You'll Be Doing
- Proactively identifying and developing new business opportunities across international markets
- Managing and growing a portfolio of existing clients in Turkish-speaking territories
- Conducting sales calls, virtual meetings, and occasional travel to client sites
- Delivering compelling product presentations and proposals tailored to each client's needs
- Negotiating contracts and closing deals to meet and exceed sales targets
- Collaborating with internal teams including marketing, operations, and customer success
- Maintaining accurate records of all activity within the CRM system
- Providing market intelligence and feedback to support the company's growth strategy
What We're Looking For
- Fluent Turkish speaker (written and verbal) - essential
- Proven track record in B2B sales, business development, or account management
- Experience working with or selling into international markets
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- A self-starter with a consultative, client-focused approach
- Ability to manage a pipeline and work towards clear revenue targets
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot)
- A second language in addition to Turkish and English is a bonus
