Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 6:00pm

The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Senior HR Manager / HR Manager to join a growing and fast-paced organisation.
This is a key role acting as a trusted partner to the business, responsible for delivering a full generalist HR service while also supporting aspects of office management. You will play an important role in shaping people strategy, driving engagement, and ensuring best practice across all areas of HR.
This opportunity would suit someone who enjoys balancing strategic input with hands-on delivery in a dynamic, multicultural environment.
Key Responsibilities
Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from drafting job descriptions through to onboarding
Partnering with hiring managers to support effective recruitment and workforce planning
Designing and delivering learning and development initiatives to support both compliance and employee growth
Leading on employee relations matters, including disciplinaries, grievances, investigations, and performance management
Supporting and driving performance review processes across the business
Ensuring HR policies and procedures remain compliant with current UK employment legislation
Managing employee benefits and wellbeing initiatives
Maintaining accurate and confidential HR records
Supporting day-to-day office management and administrative operations
Providing general HR support across the business as required
About You
You will be a confident and hands-on HR professional with strong generalist experience and the ability to operate both strategically and operationally.
Key requirements:
Proven experience in a HR Manager or HR Business Partner role within the UK
Strong experience managing employee relations cases end-to-end
Solid understanding of UK employment law and its practical application
Experience across the full employee lifecycle
Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Highly organised with a strong sense of ownership
Desirable:
Degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
CIPD qualification
Additional language skills (e.g. Mandarin)
