Senior Architect / Design Director
We are seeking an experienced Senior Architect / Design Director to join our clients team, bringing a strong background in residential architecture and a proven track record of delivering high-quality projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven individual to take a leading role across a diverse portfolio of residential developments.

The Role
You will be responsible for leading and managing residential projects from concept through to construction, working across RIBA Plan of Work Stages 1-5. The role requires a confident design leader who is equally comfortable overseeing technical delivery, coordinating teams, and engaging with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Lead and manage residential projects from concept to completion (RIBA Stages 1-5)
• 
  Produce and coordinate detailed Revit models, drawings, and technical documentation
• 
  Oversee design development, planning submissions, and technical packages
• 
  Coordinate effectively with consultants, contractors, and wider project teams
• 
  Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest design and technical standards
• 
  Provide leadership, guidance, and mentoring to junior team members
• 
  Contribute to business growth through networking and generating new opportunities

Requirements

• 
  Significant experience in residential architecture
• 
  Strong proficiency in Revit
• 
  In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience across RIBA Stages 1-5
• 
  Excellent technical, coordination, and communication skills
• 
  Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• 
  A collaborative approach with strong leadership capabilities
• 
  Ability to generate revenue for the practice through business development activities
