Project Planner - Residential Development
Location: On-site, East London (project office, 5 days/week)

Contract: 9-12 months

What You'll Do:

• Maintain and update the project programme using Asta Powerproject, ensuring all activities are accurately scheduled and monitored.
• Work closely with technical, commercial, and build teams on-site to keep the project running smoothly.
• Identify critical path activities, potential risks, and dependencies, providing actionable solutions.
• Prepare regular programme updates and reports for management and stakeholders.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience using Asta Powerproject on large-scale residential or mixed-use developments.
• Hands-on experience with programme management on site-based projects.
• Strong organisational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Experience coordinating with multi-disciplinary teams in fast-paced construction environments.
• Knowledge of London residential construction and mixed-use delivery is highly desirable.
