Sales Progressor (2-Month Contract)
Hertfordshire | Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm
£28,000-£35,000 pro rata (equivalent day rate) - depending on experience

We are working with a leading developer to recruit a Sales Progressor on a 2-month temporary contract to support during a particularly busy period. This is a fast-paced, target-driven role managing the full purchasing process from reservation through to legal completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Progress sales from reservation through to exchange and legal completion
• Liaise with solicitors, IFAs, and internal legal teams to obtain regular updates
• Assist with negotiation of marketing packages and Part Exchange (PX) offers
• Manage and negotiate sales of PX properties via agents
• Produce weekly updates on reservations and PX properties
• Support reporting for sales management and forward forecasting
• Maintain accurate records in line with company procedures
• Monitor solicitor and IFA performance
• Attend weekly sales meetings and provide pipeline updates
• Support training on PX and assisted move schemes

What We're Looking For

• Experience in new homes, estate agency, or property sales/marketing
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Target-driven with the ability to manage multiple transactions
• Basic Excel knowledge beneficial
