Sales Progressor (2-Month Contract) Hertfordshire | Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm £28,000-£35,000 pro rata (equivalent day rate) - depending on experience We are working with a leading developer to recruit a Sales Progressor on a 2-month temporary contract to support during a particularly busy period. This is a fast-paced, target-driven role managing the full purchasing process from reservation through to legal completion.Key Responsibilities<ul ><li >Progress sales from reservation through to exchange and legal completion</li><li >Liaise with solicitors, IFAs, and internal legal teams to obtain regular updates</li><li >Assist with negotiation of marketing packages and Part Exchange (PX) offers</li><li >Manage and negotiate sales of PX properties via agents</li><li >Produce weekly updates on reservations and PX properties</li><li >Support reporting for sales management and forward forecasting</li><li >Maintain accurate records in line with company procedures</li><li >Monitor solicitor and IFA performance</li><li >Attend weekly sales meetings and provide pipeline updates</li><li >Support training on PX and assisted move schemes</li></ul>What We're Looking For<ul ><li >Experience in new homes, estate agency, or property sales/marketing</li><li >Strong negotiation and communication skills</li><li >Highly organised with strong attention to detail</li><li >Target-driven with the ability to manage multiple transactions</li><li >Basic Excel knowledge beneficial</li></ul>This is a great opportunity to join a busy, high-performing team and make an immediate impact.
