Recently qualified ACA with strong academics and thinking about a move out of practice or into a more commercially relevant internal audit role?
I'm working on a high growth logistics business scaling across the UK and Europe, now building out a best in class internal audit function. This is a chance to step into a visible, business facing role with real influence.
This isn't a tick box audit role. It's about understanding how the business operates, identifying risk in a fast-moving environment, and working directly with senior stakeholders to improve controls and decision making.
What you'll be doing:
- Leading internal audits across a multi entity, operationally complex group
- Reviewing controls around cash, assets, and large scale transactions
- Partnering with senior stakeholders to identify risk and drive improvements
- Supporting the build out of the internal audit framework as the business scales
- Getting exposure to acquisitions, integration, and process design
What they're looking for:
- ACA qualified - strong academics
- Top 10 audit background or relevant internal audit experience
- Experience working with large or complex group structures
- Commercial mindset - able to challenge and influence stakeholders
- Someone who wants visibility and progression, not a siloed audit role
Why it's worth a look:
- Genuine step up in responsibility and exposure
- High growth environment with clear progression
- Close interaction with senior leadership
- Opportunity to shape the internal audit function from early stage
If you're in audit and want something more commercial, or already in internal audit but looking for a more dynamic environment, worth a conversation.
