A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced New Homes Sales Consultant to join a respected residential developer on a beautiful boutique development in the Oxfordshire countryside. With an immediate start on offer and a high basic salary well above the market rate for comparable new homes roles, this will not be available for long.

Based primarily on site in Hook Norton, you will also support sales across a second boutique site at Sibford Ferris. Working with a good degree of autonomy, you will take full ownership of the sales suite and guide buyers through their journey from first enquiry through to reservation.

The Role

Working largely independently on site, you will manage the full sales journey from first enquiry through to reservation, delivering an outstanding experience for buyers while proactively driving reservations across the development.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and register visitors to the development
• Conduct viewings and show home tours with prospective buyers
• Manage enquiries and proactively follow up on leads
• Progress customers through the reservation process
• Maintain accurate records using the CRM system
• Represent the developer professionally and drive reservations

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience as a New Homes Sales Consultant or Property Sales Advisor
• Confident working independently on site
• Strong sales ability with excellent customer relationship skills
• Highly organised with a proactive approach to lead management
• Based locally - Hook Norton, Banbury or North Oxfordshire preferred
