Southern Sales Manager - Retirement Living
£50,000 basic + uncapped commission (OTE c. £65k)
Full-time | Monday-Friday | Regional Role - South / Cotswolds & South London
Are you an experienced Sales Manager in retirement or later living? Here's a unique opportunity to lead a small, engaged team across two established retirement living developments - where your leadership, experience, and relationship-building skills will directly impact sales success and customer satisfaction.
This is an additional hire, not a replacement. The team, structure, and commission plan are already in place; all that's needed is a leader to drive results, coach a strong team, and deliver a consultative, customer-first sales experience.

- Monday-Friday, 36 hours/week with occasional pre-planned weekend events.
What you'll do:
- Lead, coach, and motivate your sales team.
- Manage the full sales pipeline, from enquiry to completion.
- Improve conversion rates and ensure targets and forecasts are met.
- Be visible on-site, leading key customer conversations.
- Collaborate with marketing for events, campaigns, and local engagement.
- Travel between two southern sites (all travel fully expensed).
What will help you succeed:
- Proven sales management experience, coaching-led, not micromanaging.
- Background in retirement living, later living, or related property sectors (new build, residential, care homes).
- CRM discipline and pipeline management expertise.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Driving licence & access to a car (travel covered).
