A well-backed and rapidly growing residential platform is seeking a Tenancy Manager to join its expanding UK team. Operating within the single-family Build to Rent sector, this business is focused on delivering high-quality homes and exceptional resident experiences across a national portfolio.
This is an excellent opportunity for a tenancy or lettings professional to step into a pivotal role, managing tenancy performance, driving retention, and ensuring compliance across a large-scale portfolio.
The Role
As Tenancy Manager, you will take ownership of tenancy lifecycle management, working to minimise voids, maximise rental income, and deliver a seamless customer journey. You will collaborate closely with internal teams including Property Management and Finance, ensuring efficient processes and high service standards throughout.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage tenancy anniversaries, renewals, and key milestones across the portfolio
- Lead rent review processes, including negotiations and statutory notice issuance
- Drive resident retention through proactive engagement and high service delivery
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth tenancy transitions and compliance
- Maintain accurate tenancy records and system updates
- Handle tenant enquiries via phone and email, ensuring timely resolution
- Support tenancy administration including documentation and payment setup
- Monitor and report on key KPIs including retention and customer satisfaction
- Ensure full compliance with UK lettings legislation and internal processes
About You
- Experience in residential lettings, tenancy management, or renewals is essential
- Strong understanding of UK lettings legislation and compliance requirements
- Knowledge of BTR or PRS environments is advantageous
- Highly organised with strong administrative and time management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Strong attention to detail and a collaborative approach
