Location: Central London
Salary: £35,000 - £42,000 + bonus
Contract: Full-time OR 12 Month FTC
Monday - Friday (9:30am - 6:00pm)

About the opportunity
Our client are a specialist residential real estate business with roots across Europe and a growing international footprint are looking for a Property Manager to join its London team.
The London office, has built a substantial portfolio across residential and hospitality sectors - including service apartments, private rental, HMO and hotel developments. The team currently consists of seven people in the property management function, and the business continues to grow its London portfolio.
This role sits within the Property Management team, reporting to the Property Management Team Lead, and focuses on managing Assured Shorthold Tenancies (AST) across multiple buildings in Greater London.

Key responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of 400 units across multiple buildings in Greater London
- Handle day-to-day tenant enquiries and deliver a consistently high standard of customer service
- Organise void works, reactive maintenance and planned preventive maintenance (PPM)
- Oversee the checkout process and deposit returns within industry timeframes
- Serve relevant notices and manage tenancy terminations where required
- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with legislation
- Manage portfolio budgets and report against targets
- Work collaboratively with the Building Management, Credit Control and Lettings teams
Requirements
- Previous property management experience in a similar role
- Sound knowledge of the Landlord and Tenant Act and AST agreements
- Understanding of Health & Safety regulations in residential settings
- Strong communication skills; comfortable engaging with tenants by phone, email and in person
- Well organised with the ability to prioritise and work under pressure
- Confident handling difficult situations professionally and calmly
- Computer literate with a willingness to adopt new systems
