I'm looking for an experienced Maintenance Operative to join our team at a premium residential development in South London.

This is a varied, hands-on role covering planned, preventative and reactive maintenance across a mixed-tenure scheme. You'll be central to keeping our building running smoothly and our residents happy.

We're looking for someone who brings:

• A strong compliance background with solid knowledge of H&S procedures, PPMs and record-keeping
• Excellent customer service skills - you'll be a visible, approachable presence for residents
• Strong admin skills to maintain accurate compliance and maintenance logs
• Varied maintenance experience, ideally including plumbing (NVQ Level 2 desirable)
• A background in high-end residential, BTR or student accommodation

The role is primarily Monday-Friday (40 hrs/week) with occasional weekend working when the business requires. This is a temp to perm role starting ASAP.
