We are working with a well-established residential developer seeking an experienced Technical Coordinator to join their growing technical team in the West Midlands.

This is an opportunity to be part of a delivery-focused environment, supporting a strong pipeline of multi-phase residential developments.

The Role
The Technical Coordinator will support the Technical Manager in the coordination of design and technical information across multiple residential schemes, ensuring projects are delivered in line with programme, budget, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate external consultants including architects, engineers, and specialist designers
• Manage and review technical drawings, specifications, and documentation
• Assist in securing planning approvals, building regulations, and statutory consents
• Support the delivery of multiple projects from pre-construction through to completion
• Attend design and project meetings, ensuring actions are tracked and delivered
• Maintain clear communication between internal departments and external stakeholders

Requirements

• Proven experience in a Technical Coordinator role within residential house building
• Strong understanding of UK planning processes and building regulations
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise effectively
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Proactive approach with strong attention to detail
