Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert, tailored mortgage and protection advice to a wide range of clients
• Manage a consistent pipeline of pre-booked appointments with motivated, ready-to-proceed customers
• Guide clients through the full mortgage journey, delivering a seamless and professional experience
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships to generate repeat business and referrals
• Stay up to date with market trends, lender criteria, and regulatory requirements

Key Requirements:

• CeMAP qualified (or equivalent)
• Proven experience as a Mortgage Broker with a strong track record of performance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-first approach
• Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a remote, self-employed capacity
• Ability to manage your own time effectively and work independently
