This is not a tick-box audit role. You'll be embedded in a lean, high-performing team, working directly with senior leadership to build and shape the internal audit function from the ground up.

What you'll be doing

• Building and executing a risk-based internal audit plan across a European portfolio
• Reviewing controls across asset management, finance, and operational processes
• Partnering with senior stakeholders to improve systems, governance, and reporting
• Supporting on acquisitions - diligence, integration, and controls framework
• Identifying inefficiencies and driving tangible operational improvements

What they're looking for

• ACA qualified (or equivalent), likely from practice or internal audit
• Strong grounding in controls, risk, and process improvement
• Commercial mindset - able to operate beyond pure compliance
• Comfortable working in a lean, fast-moving environment
• Interest in real estate, logistics, or asset-backed businesses
