A well-established London residential agency with a strong heritage and a business built on referral is looking for a driven sales professional ready to step up into a Sales Valuer position at their Fulham office.

You'll be joining a market-leading name in one of London's most sought-after postcodes, with the support, brand, and client base to hit the ground running.

The Role

As Sales Valuer, you will take ownership of winning new instructions and converting valuations, while continuing to deliver an exceptional client experience. Day to day, you can expect to:

• Carry out market appraisals and win new sales instructions
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of vendor relationships
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth progression from valuation to completion
• Grow your profile and presence in the local market
• Contribute to branch performance and market share growth

The Person

You're currently a Senior Sales Negotiator with a proven track record - and you're ready for more. You'll have:

• Solid experience in London residential sales
• Strong local market knowledge, ideally across SW London or PCL
• A natural ability to build trust with clients and win business
• Ambition, commercial awareness, and a hunger to progress
• The confidence to represent a premium brand at valuation level

The Package

• Up to £30,000 Basic Salary
