North West London | Up to £34,000 + Commission (Consultant) / Up to £38,000 + Commission (Senior) | Permanent | Full Time

Are you an experienced property professional looking for your next move in new homes sales? We have two fantastic opportunities for Sales Consultants to join our team on a prestigious residential development in North West London.

We are open to candidates at both Sales Consultant and Senior Sales Consultant level, and will offer a salary to match your experience.

THE ROLE

As a Sales Consultant you will be responsible for guiding customers through the full sales journey, from initial enquiry right through to legal completion. You will be the first point of contact for prospective buyers, delivering a first-class experience at every stage.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Managing enquiries and conducting development viewings
- Building strong relationships with customers and progressing sales to exchange and completion
- Maintaining accurate records on the CRM system
- Hitting individual sales targets and contributing to overall team performance
- Providing regular sales reports and updates to management

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

- Previous experience within the property sector is essential - estate agency or new homes sales considered
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Motivated, target-driven and well presented
- Ability to work weekends as part of a rota (1 in 6 weekends off)

WHAT'S ON OFFER

- Salary up to £34,000 + Commission for Sales Consultant level
- Salary up to £38,000 + Commission for Senior Sales Consultant level
- 1 in 6 weekends off
- Permanent, full-time position
