Sales Advisor - New Home Sales

We're recruiting two Sales Advisors to join us on an exciting new development in South London. This is a fantastic opportunity to build a long-term career in new home sales with a well-established residential developer.

The Role

As a Sales Advisor, you'll be the face of our brand-new development - guiding customers through one of the biggest purchases of their lives. You'll be working closely with an experienced and supportive Sales Manager who is passionate about developing talent and helping their team grow.

This role is ideal for someone who is hungry to learn, keen to progress, and looking for a company where their ambitions will be recognised and rewarded.

• Proven sales experience in any sector
• A customer-first approach with excellent communication skills
• Ambitious and eager to develop within the business
• Reliable, self-motivated, and a team player
• Comfortable working weekends as part of a regular schedule

What's On Offer

• Salary: £30,000-£35,000 depending on experience
• Commission: Uncapped
• Working Hours: 9:30am-5:30pm, 5 days / week, weekend working required
