In this role, you'll be at the forefront of ensuring our lettings portfolio remains fully compliant, working closely with landlords, tenants and property managers to deliver an excellent standard of service.
📋 What you'll be doing:
* Auditing lettings portfolios to identify properties requiring HMO, Additional or Selective licences
* Keeping landlords informed of new and upcoming licensing schemes
* Reviewing safety checks and certificates for HMO properties
* Liaising with landlords, tenants, property managers and contractors to ensure maintenance is completed to a high standard
* Overseeing remedial works and post-completion inspections
* Maintaining accurate CRM records and databases
* Developing and maintaining strong technical knowledge of licensing conditions and HMO legislation
* Building excellent relationships with landlords to support repeat business
* Using platforms such as Fixflo, Kamma and Goodlord
