A well-capitalised residential property investor is seeking a highly organised Property Compliance Coordinator to support the oversight of a large UK leasehold portfolio.
This is a process-driven, portfolio-level role focused on compliance tracking, managing agent oversight, and maintaining accurate leasehold records across multiple developments.
You won't be managing properties directly; instead, you'll play a key role in ensuring standards are met, processes are followed, and managing agents are held accountable.

The Role
You'll sit within the Estates & Operations team, supporting the day-to-day coordination of compliance and property-related processes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Monitoring statutory compliance (EICRs, FRAs, EPCs, H&S)
- Reviewing managing agent reports and chasing outstanding actions
- Maintaining accurate leasehold and compliance records
- Managing internal trackers, systems, and reporting tools
- Supporting the handling of resident complaints and escalations
- Assisting with leasehold consents and formal documentation
- Coordinating with managing agents to ensure service and compliance standards are met

You'll likely come from:
- Block Management / Assistant Property Management
- Leasehold or Property Administration
- Property Compliance / Estates Coordination
- Conveyancing or legal property support (desirable)
You'll bring:
- Experience managing trackers, documentation, or compliance processes
- Confidence dealing with external stakeholders and queries
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise multiple tasks
- Solid Excel / systems skills (comfortable handling data and reports)
